State Senator Andy Dinniman, Creator of “Daniel’s Law,” Speaking at ACES International Conference

Special Announcement!

Mike Arms and Helen Woodward Animal Center are very excited to announce our newest distinguished speaker for the 2012 ACES International Conference: Pennsylvania State Senator Andy Dinniman. Senator Dinniman championed “Daniel’s Law,” which will ban the use of gas chambers for pet euthanasia purposes in the state of Pennsylvania.

“There is absolutely no reason why animal gassing should continue in Pennsylvania. It is inhumane, it is unreliable and it is dangerous to shelter personnel. It is time for the Commonwealth to join the long and growing list of states that have banned this barbaric practice,” says Dinniman.
